A style of thermal therapy, it is the application of warmed Jade stones to the body both dynamically (moving) and statically (non-moving). The added element of heat is not only soothing for the client, but allows the therapist to treat areas that are otherwise painful. Jade is also associated with the heart chakra, and so is useful to treat stress, anxiety and disorders of blood circulation. Jade stone massage can be use in therapeutic as well as relaxation treatments.

Pre- & Post-Natal massage is specifically for new mothers and mothers-to-be. Extra care and attention are given to the comfort of the client, including, but not limited to, climate control. Client comfort is of our utmost importance, and even more so for the expectant mother. Extra pillows are offered for the side-lying massage, when the client is no longer able to lay on their stomach. As always the use of warm towels are incorporated into the massage.

Reflexology is the treatment of the feet and hands to affect the entire body through the application of massage and pressure to specific points that correlate to specific parts of the body. The feet have over 200,000 nerve endings and the hands approximately 17,000, making the feet the optimum place for application of reflexology.
